Repeatedly being disconnected from phone support

I am trying to follow up on my ticket via phone and I am repeatedly having my call disconnected. All I want is information on what's going on, and associated keep hanging up on me without responding to the question.

I had taken the courses for the bartending license for Wisconsin. I have not received It in the mail. I've been waiting all week for it. I was just wondering when my license will be coming in the Mail.

You may print your completion certificate on your training page, we do not issue cards in the mail for completing Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Training.
