If you read through the complaints here, there are countless people complaining about how they paid for their course and then didn't receive anything. Looks like I'm another one. Called the "24 hr" customer support number and of course no one answered, and when I tried the "talk to us" pop up I got nothing either. This particularly sucks since I need this certification in order to work.
