Terrible customer service support

After multiple attempts,one of your reps responded to the issue the that your system was not allowing me to advance. The problem is that when she did so, she neglected to go into the new account and check off the box that accepts the embedded acknowledgement. I CANNOT COMPLETE THE COURSE.
