I am trying to e-mail the employees that I registered so they can take their OSHA 10 class. Employees are not receiving e-mails. No one answers the customer service phone or chat option. Support e-mails state someone will return my call within 24 hours and that is not happening. I have 30 employees that are needing to do their training and I am stuck. I NEED HELP! I have real concerns based on other customer complaints that this is an issue for many.
