I have bought a course TWICE NOW!

I purchased a $85.00 food management class and never received it. The lady I spoke to couldn't even find it using the order number from my emailed reciept. So I asked for a refund (haven't gotten an email like they said I would confirming the refund.) Unfortunately I could not find another site to use so I purchased the learn2serve Wisconsin food management training&learn2serve exam bundle for $84.15 (sale price) and AGAIN the same problem! No class to start, no answers, no more time to mess with this! I need to get this done for my job. Any help asap would be a miracle!!
