Course expired and unable to use your service.....Again!!!!!

My course subscription has apparently ran out but I have been billed for a second month and again can not access the course as it says I need to resubscribe. Can I have this rectified immediately as for a second time I have paid to use a service your company is not providing. I could not access the courses for over 50% of the first month as the first subscription did not allow me to log in until you rectified it. This was also supposed to be reimbursed to me which has not happened can you please explain all these issues and what is being done to resolve them
