Upon successful completion of a TREC Qualifying Courses, and effective 1/1/2016, the following information is required to be listed on a completion certificate:

·         Provider’s Name and Approval Number

·         Instructor’s Name and Instructor’s License Number assigned by the Commission

·         Course Title

·         Course Number

·         Number of Credit Hours

·         Dates the student registered for, began and completed the course. 

**  Effective 3/8/2016, the Commission announced that they will accept certificates without the course registration date. **

·         Printed Name and Signature of an official of the provider on record with the Commission


360training is compliant with these standards and if you need an updated certificate, please follow these steps:

Log into your LMS account with your registered username and password.

Go to the ‘My Courses’ page and click the ‘Print Certificate’ link in blue text underneath the course name. The certificate that will be provided will meet the TREC requirements. If you need further assistance please contact Support.
