There are several possible reasons why credit hours for a course may not be applied to your Continuing Education (CE) transcript.
Please check your transcript on Sircon/Vertafore.
- Please be sure the course was taken within the two year license term or between the dates noted as the “Review Period” on your transcript. You can view your transcript at Sircon/Vertafore. Sample screenshot below.
- You will only receive credit once, if the course is taken multiple times within a two-year license term.
- Finally, at least half of your required CE hours (12hrs) must be Classroom or Classroom Equivalent.
