Reasons:

  

1. Slow internet connection

  

2. The student has been inactive in the course player

  

3. The student receives a notification that he/she has “timed out” due to inactivity

  

Be sure to check your internet connection and reload the course player and do not leave your course player idle. We also recommend that you bookmark your progress every time.  You can do that by clicking on the HEART icon next to the 'Time Spent' box.
