Printing Course Completion Certificates
To print certificates for employees who have completed the training, log into the LMS. Then follow these steps:
- Click User and Groups.
- Then click Search. Enter the first name, last name, or email address of the learner and then click Search.
- Click the first name.
- On the next page: click on LOGIN AS LEARNER.
- On the next page: Under the course name, click Print Certificate to load the certificate.
- Save the PDF file.
- Once done, click Switch Back at the lower right of the learner’s profile to go back to the User and Groups page.
- Repeat the steps 1 to 7 to print certificates for other learners.
